What is Soul Sketch?
Soul Sketch is a web app for creative entertainment and personal reflection. It brings together an AI-created soulmate portrait, relationship-themed readings, daily rituals, tarot, dream interpretations, journaling, audio, and an AI companion called Selene. It is designed for adults aged 18 and over.
Will the portrait show a real person I am going to meet?
Your portrait is an AI-generated artistic interpretation based on the answers and preferences you share. It does not identify a real future partner, predict a meeting, or guarantee a relationship. The accompanying readings are creative reflections, not factual predictions.
What is included, and what costs credits?
Your active membership includes your portrait and reading, daily rituals, tarot, the audio library, saved history, and monthly allowances of 2 dream interpretations, 8 journal reflections and 2 journal summaries. Selene includes 5 replies during your introductory period and 5 with each paid monthly renewal. New AI responses beyond their included allowance cost 1 credit; additional credits are purchased separately. Saving and revisiting entries do not use chat credits.
Is Selene a real person?
Selene is an AI companion, not a human psychic, therapist, or medical professional. She can help you reflect on a question, an entry, or a tarot card you choose to share. Cross-conversation memory is optional and can be reviewed, edited, disabled, or erased in the app. Erasing memory does not erase past conversations.
How do subscriptions and renewals work?
Start with $1 USD for your first 7 days, then $19.90 USD per month. Your membership renews automatically until canceled. The introduction price and renewal terms are shown before payment. Credit packs are separate one-time purchases with no automatic top-up.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Manage your membership from your account or the billing page. Cancel before the next billing date to stop future renewals; access continues until the paid period ends. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers your initial $1 payment. Renewal charges and credit purchases have separate conditions in the Refund Policy. Contact support for help; applicable consumer rights are preserved.
Where can I use the app, and how do I get access?
Soul Sketch works in your browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. After a successful payment, you receive an email with an access link. Sign in with your purchase email, complete your profile, and open your personal space. No app-store download is required. The app interface supports English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French; narrated audio is currently in English.
How is my personal information used?
Your account saves your entries and progress. AI features process the content needed to provide a response through our AI providers. Optional memory and weekly reflections can be managed in the app. Read our Privacy Policy for storage, providers, international processing, and your rights.
